AAA MUSIC ASSOCIATION
We welcome you parents to the AAA Music Association (formerly called ACP)! The Music Association is a part of the AAA Band/Choral Department. Because your child is a participant in band or choir, this automatically makes you a member of the AAA Music Association. The AAA MA meetings are on the second Monday of each month and your attendance is needed at every meeting. Mr. Snodgrass is planning a band/choir festival trip for the spring and it is going to take your hard work and commitment to make it happen.
The AAA Music Association (AAA MA) greatly needs your participation and support. The organization is comprised of parent volunteers who help raise money for the AAA Music Department. The needs are great and there is absolutely no funding. In order to properly operate a successful music program, you need money for music, instruments, festival and contest fees, transportation, instrumental repair, etc. Our music program gets $0.00 as do all the rest of them. Outstanding music programs exist because of dedicated and committed parents. We need the support of all parents, who share our vision of promoting excellence, professionalism, and self-discipline.
The AAA Music Association is an organization of choir and band parents who promote and support choral and band activities which enhance the welfare and advancement of the Academy Choral and Band Department as requested by the school administration and music director. The AAA MA is responsible for raising money as well as finding resources to aid the AAA Band/Choral Department. Our goal in raising funds is to help the music director run an effective music program where all students can be successful and maximize their full potential.
